By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

1. Products

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colours and prices accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the device or screen used.

All products are subject to availability.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges and any other applicable costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Orders

There is no minimum order value.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
Delivery restrictions

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched. Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 5 business days, depending on product availability.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date on which they, or a person designated by them, receive the goods.

No reason for the return is required.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear written request to:

The request should include the order number and the products being returned.

After notifying us, the customer must return the products within 14 days to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Returned products must be:

Unused and unworn
In their original condition
Complete with tags, accessories and original packaging

The customer may inspect the product as they would in a physical shop. We may reduce the refund if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

7. Refunds

Refunds are made using the original payment method.

We will refund the price paid for the returned products and the cost of standard delivery, where required by law. Additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard option are not refundable.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or the customer provides proof that they have been sent back.

8. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if a product arrives damaged, defective or different from the product ordered.

Where the product does not conform to the contract, the customer is entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer law, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, where appropriate.

Products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable two-year legal guarantee of conformity.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions communicated with each offer.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:

Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be combined with other offers
Must be used before their expiry date
Cannot be applied after an order has been placed

10. Website use and intellectual property

The Giulia Monti name, logo, website design, photographs, text and other website content are protected by intellectual property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays and failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available separately on the website.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under the law of the country where the customer habitually resides.

Consumers may bring a dispute before the competent courts provided under applicable consumer protection law.
