We hope you love your Giulia Monti purchase. If something is not right, you can return your order following the steps below.

How long do I have to make a return?

You can request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Please include your order number and the item you want to return.

After contacting us, you will have 14 days to send the item back.

Return conditions

Items must be returned:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags and accessories

  • In the original packaging, where possible

We may reduce the refund if the item has been used, damaged or handled more than necessary.

Natural leather characteristics

All Giulia Monti bags are made from genuine natural leather.

Natural leather may have small variations in colour, grain or texture, as well as minor marks or imperfections. These are natural characteristics of the material and make each product unique. They are not normally considered manufacturing defects.

Return shipping

For standard returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will help arrange the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Where required, the refund will include the original standard delivery cost. Extra charges for express or premium delivery are not refundable.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging, where useful

Please note that natural variations in the colour, grain and texture of genuine leather are part of the material and are not normally considered defects.

We will review the issue and offer the appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

To change a product, colour or model, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return address

Please contact us before sending your return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Do not send returns without contacting us first.
